2. Purpose of this manual
This manual explains which records Innofix holds, which records are available without a formal request, and how a person may request access to a record required to exercise or protect a right.

The Information Regulator publishes a guide explaining how PAIA works. It is available from the Regulator's PAIA resources page.
4. Records held
- Company incorporation, governance, ownership and statutory records.
- Tax, banking, accounting, invoices and transaction records.
- Customer, supplier, contract, project and correspondence records.
- Personnel, contractor and access-authorisation records where applicable.
- Intellectual property, source code, product, security and operational records.
- Privacy requests, incidents, training and other compliance evidence.
- Website, support, authentication and platform usage records.
5. Records available without a formal request
Public website pages, service information, legal notices and this manual are available without a prescribed request. Innofix may provide other information informally at its discretion.
6. Legislation relating to records
Records may be kept under PAIA, POPIA, the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Tax Administration Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Consumer Protection Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and other laws applying to Innofix's actual activities. This list is not exhaustive.
7. How to request access
- Complete the Regulator's prescribed Form 2.
- Identify the record, your contact details, preferred form of access and the right you seek to exercise or protect.
- Email the completed form to privacy@innofix.co.za. Innofix may verify identity or authority before disclosing a record.
- Pay only a fee lawfully prescribed and notified, if applicable.
Access may be granted, partly granted or refused only on grounds permitted by PAIA. A written outcome will explain any available complaint or court remedy.
8. Personal-information processing and security
Data subjects may include customers, prospects, suppliers, contractors, website visitors and requesters. Innofix processes their information for enquiries, agreements, service delivery, security, accounting and legal compliance. Appropriate service providers may receive limited information to support these purposes. International processing is assessed under applicable safeguards, and Innofix uses reasonable access, security, minimisation, retention and incident-response controls. 9. Availability and updates
This manual is available free of charge on this website. Email the Information Officer to request an accessible copy or arrange any physical inspection that is legally required. It will be reviewed at least annually and after a material legal or operational change.
